RENY Consulting Inc. SEZC is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Our registered address is One Capital Place, Third Floor, PO Box 1564, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands KY1-1110. We also have offices in Alberta, Canada and Dubai, UAE.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, the message you send and whether you wrote from the English or Arabic version of the site, so we can reply in your language. If you book a call through our scheduling tool, Cal.com, it collects the details you enter, such as your name, email and preferred time.

Information collected automatically: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. These tools collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Spam protection: our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people, not bots.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to schedule and hold a call.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, when you have consented to analytics.

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, when you have consented to marketing cookies.

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, on our legitimate interests to respond to inquiries and keep the site secure, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection), Google (analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent), Resend (delivers contact form messages to our inbox) and Cal.com (call scheduling). They process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Our team and service providers operate in several countries, including Canada, the United Arab Emirates, the Cayman Islands, the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and for no longer than two years after our last contact unless we are working together. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics tools.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent and to receive a copy of your data. These rights may arise under laws including the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act, Canada’s PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR.
